Aurore assists French and foreign companies in a variety of areas, including: ESNs, financial markets, finance companies (including asset management companies), banking, distribution, industry and luxury goods. She provides consultancy services to companies in relation to both individual and collective employment relations (management of relations with employee representatives, pre- and post-acquisition due diligence, streamlining of employee statuses and implementation and monitoring of employee retention tools such as free share allotments and profit-sharing agreements).

She also helps clients who are subject to audits or reassessments by the URSSAF social security organisation.

Aurore also has extensive litigation experience, before both civil courts (individual and collective disputes) and administrative courts.

For several years, Aurore taught employment law (health & safety) at the Faculty of Law at the University of Rouen.

Aurore began her career at Gide, Loyrette, Nouel (Mergers & Acquisitions department). She then went on to work for Victor Chetrit (Paris) before joining the Employment Law department of Bersay & Associés in 2002, where she was promoted to Manager in 2003. She joined BL & Associés as a partner in 2007.

Education/admission: Aurore was sworn in in 1998, she attended the Paris EFB Bar Training School and has a DESS post-graduate degree in Business Law (Paris V University).
