Delphine provides clients with litigation and consultancy services in relation to collective employment relations (preparation and ongoing assistance in relation to job retention schemes, restructurings, collective bargaining, creation of employee representative bodies, etc.) and individual relations (redundancies and dismissals, contracts, negotiation and resolution of disputes, dealings with the employment authorities, etc.) in various sectors: industry, service, finance, new technologies, media, associations, accountants.

She assists her clients with their day-to-day HR issues and in the context of audits and reassessments by the URSSAF social security organisation.

Delphine began her career working for a business law firm. She then joined the Employment Law department of FTMS, where she spent 10 years working for French and international clients, including institutional clients – international groups, subsidiaries of foreign companies and small- and medium-sized enterprises – and individuals (executives).

She became a partner of BL & Associés in 2008. 

Delphine has spent several years teaching employment law (engineering schools) and taken part in training sessions and conferences (International Chamber of Commerce: secondments and expatriation).

Education/admission: Delphine was sworn in in 1998, she has a Bachelor of Law degree (LLB –University of Canterbury), a double Master’s degree in French and English law (DEJA – Paris X University) and has been taught by Professor Antoine Lyon-Caen (DEA post-graduate degree in European employment law, Paris X University).
